Phone numbers submitted through our text list signup are stored securely and shared only with our text message delivery service provider (TextMagic) for the sole purpose of delivering messages you have opted into. Your phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes. All text list subscriptions require review and approval by Hibbing Speedway management. 6. VIP Partner & Advertiser Data
VIP Partners who create accounts on our platform provide business contact information, advertising assets, and related documents. This information is used solely for the management of the advertising and sponsorship relationship. Documents uploaded to VIP Partner portals (proposals, reports, art assets) are stored securely and accessible only to the partner and Hibbing Speedway administrators. VIP Partner public profiles (company name, logo, bio, and website) are published on the VIP directory with the partner's consent.
